During the meeting you and your doctor will have a thorough health assessment based on your age, present and past medical issues, family history and your life style. Your current medication and supplements will be discussed and your questions will be answered.

Includes in-office testing to exam your pulmonary, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal and nervous system. Spirometry, blood pressure (BP), electrocardiogram (ECG), visual testing, and skin examination for high risk individuals will be conducted right in the office.

Following the guidelines of preventative medicine, we will discuss all available tests that are appropriate for your age and your health risks. If other diagnostic modalities are prompt to be necessary, your doctor will make a referral for an X-Ray, ultrasound, CT scan, MRI or more testing.

Both screenning and prevention can reduce mortality from cancer. Screening detects abnormalities before they are clinically apparent allowing for the intervention early. You and your doctor will discuss screening tests that are appropriate for your age and lifestyle factors.

Based on your history, physical exam, laboratory testing and your suggestions, your doctor will give you recommendations on maintaining your health and energy. If any abnormalities are detected a follow-up will be scheduled.
